A Power of Attorney can also be assigned if you are unable to attend the signing in Venezuela. The property owner will utilize a PoA and keys can be sent via FedEx/DHL upon the sale of the property. A Business Visa is required and can easily be obtained via your closest Venezuelan Embassy with the supplied documents from our real estate agent. Approximate cost of this 1 year visa is $70 USD. The property may be reserved via deposit while new owner/s process their Business Visa.
Balance due within 15 business days with property transfer.
The deposit will place the property on hold and begin the necessary paperwork.
